Senior Associate Attorney

Linda A. Clotfelter represents clients in the areas of divorce, child custody, support, and marital agreements. She utilizes collaborative law and, when necessary, litigation. Linda is experienced with adoption, dependency, and legal guardianship issues. She also provides estate planning and probate estate administration services.

Linda joined Abom & Kutulakis after operating a successful solo practice. She is the past Chair of the Family Law Section of the Cumberland County Bar Association and was a recipient of the Cumberland County Bar Association Pro Bono Award. In addition to her many years of experience as a litigator, Linda has been trained in mediation and Collaborative Law. She is a court-appointed Guardian Ad Litem in both high conflict custody and guardianship proceedings and has experience as a Dauphin County parent conflict attorney in dependency court matters.

Linda is a graduate of Wilson College and The Dickinson School of Law. She lives in Mechanicsburg and when she isn’t practicing law enjoys golfing, motorcycling and her dogs.
