Michele L. Kluk
Prior to joining the firm, Michele worked at the Northampton County District Attorney’s Office as a Chief Prosecutor of the Drug Unit. While in the District Attorney’s Office, Michele was cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting drug cases in Federal Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Michele worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. In her ten years as a prosecutor, Michele prosecuted drug cases, serious felonies including homicide cases, conducted grand jury investigations and violations of the wiretap act.
Michele is a graduate of Moravian College. She earned her Juris Doctor at The Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. While in law school, Michele worked at the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and Attorney General’s Office as a Certified Legal Intern.
Michele’s experience as a prosecutor leaves her well prepared to advance her clients’ best interests and to defend their rights in both family and criminal law arenas.
When she is not practicing law, Michele enjoys hiking with Jasper – her black lab, snowboarding, riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle, and playing dodgeball and kickball with the Harrisburg Young Professionals organization.
