Our legal professionals are ready to help with your case.

We provide each client with well-reasoned legal advice and the best possible legal representation.

Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition, or ARD, is a fast-track program for first-time offenders. When faced with a DUI or other misdemeanor criminal charge, this pre-trial diversion program may be available to you. Eligibility to an ARD program differs in every Pennsylvania county and some counties will permit more than one lifetime ARD for an individual. We practice in multiple counties and stay current with every county’s policy for ARD participation. Unfortunately, not every DUI and not every misdemeanor is eligible, so your case may need some advocacy on your behalf or some strategic amendment to charges to make your case eligible for participation.

If it is determined that you are eligible for ARD, it will likely allow you to avoid an expensive court case and have your charges expunged at the completion of the program. Most ARD programs include mandatory classes, fees and a possible driving license suspension. Our attorneys are prepared to walk you through the steps and connect you to any counseling services or other contacts to make program completion successful.
