Paul V. Mackey focuses his practice on criminal law, family law, and wills and estates. As an associate attorney, he also assists Abom & Kutulakis senior attorneys in local, state, and federal court cases.

Paul graduated Summa Cum Laude from Penn State Dickinson Law with a certificate in Criminal Litigation in 2024. During law school, Paul served as a Comments Editor for and had a Comment published in the Dickinson Law Review. He completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science at Elizabethtown College, graduating with honors. Paul also served eight years in the United States Navy as a Naval Flight Officer. Stationed in Hawaii, Washington, and Florida, Paul was a Mission Commander and Instructor Tactical Coordinator for the P-3C Orion before transitioning to the P-8A Poseidon Multi-Mission Maritime Patrol Aircraft.

A native of Chambersburg, Paul enjoys hiking in state parks with his dog Brewster, and hosting cookouts for family and friends.
