Ethan H. Bulger is an associate attorney at Abom & Kutulakis who focuses his practice on criminal defense and wills and estates. Working for Abom & Kutulakis for two years in a law clerk role before becoming an attorney, Ethan has worked with senior attorneys on both state and federal criminal cases. He continues to assist across these fields in his role as an associate.
Originally from Danville, PA, Ethan graduated summa cum laude from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove with a degree in Political Science. Prior to receiving his bachelor's degree, Ethan received a Certificate of Higher Education in Psychology from Liverpool Hope University in Liverpool, England. He then received his Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State Dickinson Law, with a certificate in Criminal Litigation.
Ethan began his interest in criminal law while completing his studies at Susquehanna University after being mentored by the Public Defender of Union County. Ethan has interned in both the Union and Dauphin County Public Defenders’ offices, the Adams County District Attorney’s office, as well as served as a judicial intern to the former President Judge Michael T. Hudock in the 17th Judicial District of Pennsylvania.
An Eagle Scout, Ethan enjoys anything that gets him outside, active, and involved with the community. Specifically, he enjoys playing soccer, softball, and volunteering and singing in the choir at his church. Ethan lives in Carlise with his fiancé Makayla, and two cats, Milton and Sebastian.
