Maia L. Mash focuses her practice on family law and criminal defense. She joined the practice after serving as a law clerk for senior attorneys at the firm assisting on both state and federal criminal cases and family law cases, including Military divorces. As an associate, Maia represents clients in custody and divorce, Children and Youth Services matters, and clients facing state criminal charges. She also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem in Cumberland County custody matters.
Maia graduated from Widener University Commonwealth Law School, with a certificate in Trial Advocacy. While in law school, Maia served as an intern with Legal Aid of Southeastern PA in their Chester County office, as well as at Widener’s Central Pennsylvania Law Clinic as a certified legal intern, and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Honors Society, where she participated in and won the 2025 Hugh B. Pearce Internal Competition against Delaware Law School. Maia graduated from Lock Haven University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Prior to law school, Maia worked as a legal assistant for a Chester County law firm.
Maia is from Gilbertsville, PA and lives in Harrisburg and enjoys reading, cooking, and staying active. Maia was a competitive gymnast and coached recreational and competitive level gymnastics during college and law school.
